The William and Mary Rowing Club had another successful race weekend up in Northern Virginia, with great showings from all of its squads.
Both the men’s Varsity 4+ and the men’s novice 8+ finished third in their races, while the men’s Varsity 8+ managed to pull out a first place finish in the petite final.
The women’s Varsity 8+ fought hard against major varsity rowing programs like George Mason and Duke and managed to advance to the petite finals. The women’s novice squad also gave exceptional performances. The top women’s novice 8+ made it to the Grand Finals, and the women’s Novice 4+ medaled in their event.
